The Colorado Health Institute kicked off our legislative services for the 2015 session on Wednesday morning with a meet and greet breakfast at the Capitol. Gov. John Hickenlooper warned legislators in his state of the state speech that history would judge them harshly if they did nothing about the “fiscal thicket” of the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights and other conflicting parts of the constitution.
