DENVER — Kristi Arellano, formerly the communications director of the Boettcher Foundation and business editor at The Denver Post, has joined the Colorado Health Institute (CHI) as managing director of marketing and communications. In her new role, she will help CHI advance its mission of improving health for all Coloradans by providing evidence-based analysis about health and health policy.
DENVER — About 400,000 Coloradans are in recovery from a substance use disorder. Today, the State of Colorado is releasing its first-ever strategic plan to educate people about recovery and create a vision for a system that helps support Coloradans wherever they are.
"In a report this summer, the Colorado Health Institute said medical-legal partnerships were among the “practical options” to address the impacts that housing access — or lack thereof — have on health."
